I Wonder if I would gainfrom temporal implant or anything similar? Also, how can the incision be made? Since I'm starting to be bald, I would need it not to be seen... I'd like to know every possible incision. Is it possible to just have an incision on lateral of head? because I only loose hair on top. Thisreview say scar not visible in bald man? Answer: Temporal hollowing Its difficult to tell from your photo, but I think you are referring to your temporal fossa and hollowing in this area. This is common in people who are quite lean such as long distance runners or triathletes. In general, you will be happier with a temporary or permanent filler to this area. Temporary filers that last 2 years can be injected in clinic with very little discomfort and no downtime. Permanent fillers (bone filler) can be injected through a quarter inch incision behind your hair line. You would not have any visible scars, but the temporary swelling does last a little longer and this requires a little more prep. Implants are often placed in people who have had fat atrophy from a bicoronal approach to the forehead and the blood supply to the deep temporal fat pad was interrupted. This leads to severe hollowing. In general, if you don't have severe wasting in this area, fillers will give you at least as good of results at a significant cost benefit. All the best!
