I'm a 28 year old male, 5'10 145lbs. I've been unhappy with my face for quite some time now. I have unusually thick malar fat pads that sag and protrude out. The sagging has also caused hollowness under my eyes. I’m also unhappy with my weak chin and jaw. I prefer a more permanent solution rather than fillers. Please advise on what procedures I need to have done to achieve a masculine, well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing face.

Hi Zac,Thank you for the photos.  If you were my patient I would likely recommend a chin implant augmentation with liposuction of your neck.  It appears that you would be an excellent candidate for Ultherapy of your face and malar pad region as well.  After that, the use of a combination of Voluma and Restylane filler should help with your under eye hollowness. Your cheeks would benefit from some liposuction and a chin implant could be of some benefit for you, but the change would be only slight.
