Is there any way I can flatten out my philtrum & make it shorter? Mine is too bumpy & makes me look like a monkey.

While I certainly see what you refer to, I would not recommend any surgery to try to correct it.  Surgery will unlikely be worthwhile for your situation.

Generally speaking, it can take 6 to 12 months to completely heal after surgery. Please keep in touch with your surgeon or his/her clinical team to discuss your ongoing concerns.

As long as you are healthy without significant medical problems it is safe to have a breast implant replacement and a facelift combined. Keeping the procedure to a reasonable time (under 7 hours) and having performed in a certified facility with an anesthesiologist is also in your best interest...
