RAPID volume loss in face. Fat grafting vs filler? (Photos)

One of the major changes that occur in the aging face is volume loss. The most dramatic changes in volume deflation are in the deep fat compartment of the face such as the deep malar compartment. While your volume loss is rapid, there does appear to be volumetric changes in your midface region.
Fillers such as Juverderm or Voluma are excellent at restoring age-related volume loss in the mid face. The down time with fillers is minimal, while the results typically last between 1 and 3 years.
Fat grafting is a long-lasting method of facial volumization. Fat is harvested from a donor site, processed, then injected into select and targeted areas. The recovery time is longer than with synthetic fillers, though the results of the fat that survives (usually between 50-70% in the face) are much longer lasting.

We all lose facial volume and skin elasticity as we age. Volume can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. These would allow you to try on the look before committing to a more permanent alternative like fat or implants. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. THanks for yoiur pictures and question.  From looking at the progression of pictures I see a good bit of volume loss in the lower face and jaw line.  The area under the eyes appears to be stable at least from the pics.  Injection of Voluma along the jaw line and Juvederm or similar filler around the mouth area would be a good start.  Fat is certainly an option that could be considered but is more costly and requires harvesting on another body area.  I have done both on different patients depending on what they want.  Since you are young you might want to try the filler option first which will give you time to think about the fat later.  Hope this helps.
