RAPID volume loss in face. Fat grafting vs filler? (Photos)

Asked By:classypa in Omaha, NE

I have had significant and rapid volume loss in my face since about August. I understand age related loss however; these are my photos starting in August until now. The most weight I could have lost is 6 lbs and possibly none. (I never fluctuate more than 6) I did use the Tria laser but, from what I understand, that does not penetrate deep enough to cause fat loss. (should I stop using it?) With this much loss, would you suggest fat grafting or filler or something else all together?
