You know, I do forehead surgery on the bone of this area 3-4 times each week at least.  The browbone can be built up a number of ways without doing a brow lift. One would be with an implant, another would be with a bone cement or bone grafts, and another is with certain fillers.  Yo have several options. Photos would definitely help.

Hello, fillers can be placed in the area under the brow and the orbital rim to make prominent eyes look slightly less noticeable. There is a surgery that does the same but this is most often reserved for reconstructive situations in the setting of thyroid eye disease.
