You know, I do forehead surgery on the bone of this area 3-4 times each week at least.  The browbone can be built up a number of ways without doing a brow lift. One would be with an implant, another would be with a bone cement or bone grafts, and another is with certain fillers.  Yo have several options. Photos would definitely help.

Hi Melaniene, thank you for your question.  HA fillers can absolutely be used to inject around the brow to give a nicer projection and if injected correctly, they can elevate the eye lid hooding as well.
