Oct 2013 Had mini TT and lipo. The mons pubis was not mentioned so I don't think it was lipo'ed. Aug 26 2014 I had lipo to stomach and mons pubis area. 4 months post op and my mons pubis still looks huge. I've always been a very slender girl, so I know I did not have an enlarged mons pubis before TT. I am very prone to fibrous tissue. Is this scaring or fat left behind? What can be done to improve this? I am very insecure about the appearance of this. Please help.

Liposuction with fat augmentation / buttock lifting would be great. However, laser or ultrasound in the crease would help tightening and lift as well. I would go to someone who can give you a full evaluation and who has a practice focused on body contouring. Best, Dr. Emer.
