Lipo on lower/inner butt? Can lipo fix this or only a butt lift- scar in crease? (Photo)

Question

I am 35. I have had weight changes with pregnancies. My skin on my thighs and lower butt is loose. I know I can get the skin removed with a thigh lift / butt lift. I was wondering though if not concerned with skin as much as the shape/ volume can lipo be done to help the shape of my butt sagging around my butt crack? I don't want more volume In my butt, I just want the Anchor Shape at the bottom to be removed. Can this only be achieved with a thigh/ butt lift? I attached my photos and samples

Obviously, an in depth exam is of paramount importance, however, based on your picture,you are actually an excellent candidate for an infragluteal thigh lift which I term the "Del Mar Butt Tuck". I have been performing this operation for many years with excellent results. The incision is placed in the infragluteal crease and remove an average of 8 cm of lower buttock skin.The incisions generally heal very nicely.

This is a difficult problem to fix and make it look like your "wish" picture. In the wish picture, the buttock crease is short (extends to the mid posterior thigh) and it is at a 45 degree angle. In your case, the crease is horizontal, almost tilting up at the ends (unfavorable), have fullness of the medial buttock cheeks and medial thigh. The aim is to create a diamond shape space between the buttock cheeks and the medial thighs bordering the space. I would approach this with liposuction of the medial buttock cheeks and upper medial thigh to create the diamond shape space. You will also need fat grafts to the lateral lower buttocks to alter the length and angle of the crease. There is a possibility that skin excision with some fat needs to be done in the medial buttock cheeks, with the scars hidden in the medial crease at a later date. Liposuction with fat augmentation / buttock lifting would be great.  However, laser or ultrasound in the crease would help tightening and lift as well.  I would go to someone who can give you a full evaluation and who has a practice focused on body contouring.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I am unaware of any thigh or butt lift
that will achieve what your are going after in your wish pic. These procedures
are usually seen in the massive weight loss crowd and leave long scars from the
excision of redundant, excess skin. Also, any liposuction done in these areas
to contour will also result in more sagging as you empty the skin of fat . . .
particularly the buttocks. What can help to perk up the bottom is fat
injection, which you are not interested in. Make sure you fully research any
miracle procedures or lasers so your expectations are realistic. Thank you for

Hi, thanks for sharing your pictures and for your inquiry. For giving a better shape to your buttock would need a combination of procedures: surgical and non-surgical. I would recommend a buttock lift in order to resect some loose skin and to give more firmness to that area, some liposuction to the inner butt. Second, I would graft some fat in order to reshape the buttocks. And for adding more tightness I would suggest radiofrequency treatments post surgeries. Realistically a buttock lift, possibly with some liposuction, can only create a higher and more tucked in lower buttock crease. That much skin retraction by liposuction alone is unlikely to create that much sin retraction and risk creating additional skin folds/wrinkles.

Fat grafting is often combined with a buttock lift to give the buttocks a more attractive contour. Please consider the following when interested in plastic surgery:1. Begin with a board certified

2. Seek a surgeon who does at least 100 of these procedures per year
