My medical cosmetic professional said for $900 Juvederm injections would erase the marionette lines and guaranteed the work would last at least one year. My trademark feature is natural dimples in each cheek. I don't want to use Juvederm if the treatment would "freeze" my dimples or make them disappear. Is this a risk? $900 may be a good price in Oklahoma City, but it's a big investment for me.

Lip lines are created over time, it is possible the lines were present before treatment. Perhaps look at before photos and assess if lines are more predominant now than before. If so, you can treat the lines with Botox or superficial filler injections OR have the product dissolved.
Juvederm is a great filler for the lips. Typically it takes one syringe to plump up the lips. You can start with the nose and use the remainder for the lips. If you are satisfied then you wouldn't use the second syringe. You will probably want more than half a syringe in the lips. Please consult...
