I have fat in the abdomen and hip area but I'm not sure if it is enough, it also fluctuates easily and I have not always maintained this much fat. so if I went through with a fat transfer, is there a very likely chance that would not be retained and may dissipate? I am really trying to find the alternative to calf implants, as I have read such high risks about these foreign objects in your legs. thank you for your help!
