Fat transfer for calves not reliable? (Photo)

I have many patients i do this for every week. we contour one area and then transfer to calves, chest, shoulders, buttock.  It is not the same as an implant but give a good improvement.  Touch up fat injections or other fillers can be used to improve the area longer term if some of the fat doesn't last.  But I find that intramuscular injection does allow it to last more and using PRP increase viability and longevity.
