Genetic androgenic alopecia is a trait you are born with.  Taking medications will not stop the hair loss.  Propecia is a drug men take to slow down the hair loss process.  It does not stop hair loss.  Avodart works in similar ways as Propecia but is not FDA approved for...

Is Kenalog related menstrual cycle disruption and hair shedding/loss?

If you just consider kenalog by itself, it can be a cause of hair loss.  In general, it may take over a year before you see hair regrowth.  However, there may be other reasons for hair loss that you are not aware of.

Spironolactone is not FDA approved for hair growth or to treat facial hair growth. It is a blood pressure lowering medication so you need to speak to your doctor and be under your doctor's supervision.

If you are having issues with minoxidil and it is not working you should see a doctor for a recheck and find out other treatment options.  Doctors on the Internet cannot give you solutions.  They can give you general information.

Anything is possible, but you must understand that there are many other causes of hair loss.  In general, is not due to taking supplements.  If you have hair loss and want to find out why, the best thing to do is to see a doctor.
