Is Kenalog related menstrual cycle disruption and hair shedding/loss?

Hello, In March this year, I experienced hair shedding which has got progressively worse as my kenalog injections continued. Furthermore, my menstrual cycle is now irregular. I am pretty sure that these two issues are related to the kenalog and would like to know how long it takes for the effects to finally leave my system and for my body and hair get back to normal! Thank you.

If you just consider kenalog by itself, it can be a cause of hair loss.  In general, it may take over a year before you see hair regrowth.  However, there may be other reasons for hair loss that you are not aware of.

Kenalog injections can cause irregular periods in a small proportion of women. It takes about 2-3 months for normal periods to resume, rarely a bit longer.REFERENCE FOR INTERESTMens JM et al. Disturbance of the menstrual pattern after

Without knowing more about your history and being able to examine you, I can't tell you if your hair loss will reverse if you stop the steroid injections
