I recently took glucosamine (1500 mg) chondroitin (1200mg) for my shoulder but only took 10 of them over the course of 12 or 13 days and recently read it can cause hair loss. My questions are would that amount and time frame be enough to cause my hair to fall out? If so will the hair grow back? How rare of a side effect is hair loss from taking the supplement? I have stopped taking it since and will neve again. Please give me any information possible I'm terrified of going bald. Thank you!
