Can Chin implant effect on lower lip?

Chin implant 11 months ago, improved profile but lower lip disappeared. Surgeon says normal r/t implant pushing lip up and rolling it in, said if it bothered me choices are fillers or lip implant. Sensation normal left side, tingly right. Could remove but have wanted this for forty years so any suggestions?

It is just as easy to remove a Medpor chin implant at 6 weeks after surgery as it is at 2 weeks. It does become more difficult months later but certainly not unduly so in my experience. But in the interest of the best chance of soft tissue readaptation back down to the bone, the sooner you...

Your photo suggests that either a chin implant or a sliding genioplasty (the chin bone is cut and slid forward) will improve your look. It depends on the look you want and whether you have the time and money for the genioplasty - it costs more and recovery is a bit longer.
