I have a weak jawline and i want to do something about it. The picture i posted is not me, but the jawline is slightly similar to mine. It is kind of diagonal, but I want the square look.  I want results similar to the picture.

Fatty deposits in the neck  can be located in the sub-mental  or sub-platysmal space. A platysma plasty is required after any fat is removed from the sub-platysmal space. This is known as a neck lift. No skin removal was required on patient's less than 50 years of age. A chin implant is placed across the front of the chin to give more projection and angularity to the chin itself.
