There is little question that your entire lower jaw is developmentally short and rotated backwards, giving you a very short chin and lack of a well defined jawline. Bony enhancement of the jawline is what you need, not liposuction as this is not a soft tissue fat problem. Ideally a combined chin and jaw angle augmentation by implants would produce the best total jawline change.

A chin implant will improve your profile. I frequently do liposuction along the jawline at the same time; I determine the need for that during the pre-operative examination.

A chin implant is the best way to improve a profile such as you have. It is reversible if you dont like it  

you have a short distance between the throat and chin which  indicates a more difficult achievement of the definition without enhancing the entire jawline from the angle to the chin. but it is very much possible.

You are correct in that a chin implant will give a stronger and more masculine look to your chin. But it only works for the chin area and not the junction between the neck and the mandible (jawbone). There are implants for that area but now it is more common to add something like a fat graft or manufactured fillers to create that definition.

Yes, you absolutely would benefit from a chin implant.  If you place your finger down from your lips, your chin should touch your finger...yours is too far back resulting in a weak or recessed chin.  Placing a chin implant would give you a great result.  In addition, your look would be more angular using Radiesse to the mandibular angle.  The result of a chin implant and Radiesse will give you a great look!
