Can the butt be reshaped during liposuction without adding fat?

Adding fat, such as in a BBL procedure, will augment volume and soften contour. often fat can be used to give support and shape WITHOUT size, you need to see an expert. internal heating may be needed around the buttock as well such as renuvion and body tite.  see link.  I suggest a VASER 360 HD Lipo expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

The buttock can be lifted without the addition of fat. A traditional buttock lift would tighten the contours if there is a laxity issue, but pictures or an exam would be necessary to make a determination.

The buttocks is routinely shaped from Liposuction especially of the love handles(upper outer buttocks).
 To some degree any part of the buttocks can I have Liposuction.
It varies substantially from person to person. I suggest having a few in person consultations.
