Thank you for your question and pictures. I would recomend you to get a liposuction for better results. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for
The areas are sculpted as the patient desires. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the board certified plastic surgeon selected. The patient must have adequate skin elasticity to allow for skin retraction after surgery. This factor is the most important element to good results aside from technical proficiency of the surgeon and the patient’s ability to follow the postoperative regimen of wearing the compression garment appropriately. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced through liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, and love handles to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. The harvested fat can be transferred to the buttock and hips to make your waist look even smaller. Consult via email, Skype, or in person with a board certified PS who is an liposuction expert.
Dear Bodied78,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Liposuction will certainly improve any areas of concern such as the waist, hips, thighs, abdomen, and lower back. As you know fat transfer utilizes the fat and redistributes it elsewhere. You did not mention any areas where you felt transfer might be of interest. Having reasonable expectations is a key to having a successful procedure so discuss your desires and concerns with your surgeon, show them your “ideal” pictures. They will be able to examine you to better determine the best procedures.Best of luck.
Hello! Thank you for your question and photos. In my opinion, liposuction 360 would give you a nice result without a BBL. Your tummy, sides and back will be smaller which in turn will give you a more curvy shape and will accentuate your buttocks without having to inject fat into them. I hope this helps!
Given your goal picture, you are looking for extensive results. You would likely benefit the most from a BBL, ultra high defintion tummy tuck, and high defintion VASER liposuction of the back and flanks. The tummy tuck procedure would comprehensively remove excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. The abdominal muscle would also be 'tightened' to create the appearance of a flatter stomach. In addition, the optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a tummy tuck specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
Thank you for posting excellent pictures and key information.Based on that and my aesthetic judgment I think Liposuction alone is perfect for you.Liposuction will not create results like your wish picture. That person probably weighs closer to 120 pounds. You are however an excellent candidate for liposuction and as long as you find a skilled provider should look forward to an excellent outcome. What differentiates you making you such a great candidate for liposuction is that you don’t have pregnancy related changes, superior tight skin and don’t carry access this road or intra-abdominal fat. This is what I wish all my Liposuction patients looked like when they came in for a consultation. The only single variable now and is choosing the right provider. Results do vary quite a bit among different plastic surgeons so please choose carefully. There’s nothing wrong with grafting fat if done in moderation. It does push towards greater hyper femininity. My practice has been devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures for over a decade. I’ve been a plastic surgeon for over 20 years. I specialize only in this procedure so I have an unusual amount of experience. Find the plastic surgeons in your area who have exceptional skill and immense experience. These are my recommendations for finding the right provider for you.Start by having five in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area who have a stellar reputation especially for Liposuction. When in doubt simply schedule more consultations. During the consultation ask the providers to show you as many before and after pictures as possible. Ideally you want to see all of them for abdominal liposuction. This is not for you to see the best results but rather for you to see how many pictures they have in their collection and to see what average results look like.An experienced provider should have at least 20 to 50 sets of liposuction before and after pictures of abdomens.Preferably several hundred. My Album of Liposuction before and after pictures currently has 1600 pictures. That’s just for abdominal liposuction. Ask the provider to show examples of undesirable outcomes or less than ideal outcomes. Talk to the provider about why those results are not as good.Ask the provider if they’re willing to show you 10 consecutive results.Read reviews focusing initially and negative reviews on real self.Other patients have used other websites to get information and background on physicians. There are a number of physician review websitesWhile positive reviews are reassuring I find reading the negative reviews are more important. Unmanipulated organic reviews tend to fall fairly equally among the different review websites. Physicians with excessive number of positive reviews on a single website show evidence of review manipulation.Personally I treat the torso as a single anatomic unit and treated the entire torso if someone wants abdominal liposuction.A full torso technically includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, full back and armpits or under arm area.Avoid spot treating the torso or not treating it to completion in order to maintain a natural thin fat distribution that transitions correctly. When someone like you comes into my office for consultation I get excited because I know I’m going to have great results. Please invest the time and effort in finding the best provider in your area. This will change your body permanently.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
A healthy BMI is between 15 - 24, the maximum recommended being around 30. If you are above 30, then you are encouraged to lose weight before undergoing surgery. The higher the BMI the higher the chance of complications. That being said, the results of just liposuction will be limited and you...
Without pictures we can’t make an accurate assessment. Liposuction of the calves and ankles is the most technically difficult area on the body to treat. It has the worst recovery and having venous insufficiency or venous hypertension is going to make all of these things worse. My practice has b...
