I am a 68 year old woman. I do have high blood pressure and diabetes which are both controlled. I have had 5 back surgeries in the last two years. I have lost 70lbs and kept it off for four years. I am 5'6" 164lbs. I would like to have your advise on this situation.

You will want to be i good overall health with your diabetes and blood pressure under good control. I encourage you to discuss your desire for a tummy tuck with your PCP. Some additional pre operative tests may be required to ensure you are a good candidate for surgery.
