I'm planning to have a mommy makeover including ( tummy tuck and breast lift ) But I wonder if the tummy tuck could lift my outer thighs and the front of them? I don't have a lot of saggy skin to got a lower body lift, but when I pull up the skin on my thighs it gives me a nicer shape of my body!

If you are wanting to address the excess skin to the thighs, a longitudinal thigh lift would be the procedure to look into. Answer: Does your thighs skin get a lift? Almost always the skin in front of your thighs will be tightened. You could only expect tightening of your outer thighs skin if you're scar was much longer and you had previously discussed this with your plastic surgeon.
