it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

We need to see standard before and after pictures to judge the outcomes of a procedure. Standard pictures means standing in a neutral stance without facial expression.

It’s also important to know if you have gained weight since the procedure.

Secondary Liposuction typically does not deliver nearly as much of an improvement as the primary procedure.
