Based on your pictures you appear to be good candidate for chin/jaws liposuction. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Young people who are not overweight and complain of a double chin usually have a slight imbalance between their Mandible and maxilla. People who have a relatively small or under developed man the bowl tend to do be more predisposed to developing a premature double chin.

Liposuction is the best treatment option. Alternatively weight loss may help to some degree.

Lots of people have this and those who were born with a very long projecting mandible tend to go through life without developing a double chin.
