Is my double chin normal or concerning? (photos)

I've always figured my double chin was so apparent because of my chin being small considering I'm a healthy weight, but my relatives have had thyroid problems & I was wondering if that could be my issue. It's hard to the touch and isn't symmetrical, favoring the left side. It's something I've became extremely insecure about and was just curious on if I should get it looked into as being anything more serious than just a double chin.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. Young people who are not overweight and complain of a double chin usually have a slight imbalance between their Mandible and maxilla.  People who have a relatively small or under developed man the bowl tend to do be more predisposed to developing a premature double chin.

Liposuction is the best treatment option. Alternatively weight loss may help to some degree.

Lots of people have this and those who were born with a very long projecting mandible tend to go through life without developing a double chin.
