Excess skin inner eye corner? (Photo)

Question

I have this fold over my inner tear duct and I'd like to get rid off it, it makes me look more tired. Is there a procedure for this & what causes it? The second photo shows what it looks like when I gently pull the skin away.

An epicanthoplasty can get rid of that excess skin near the nose. I'd recommend seeing someone that specializes in the eyelids. The resulting scar from an epicanthoplasty can sometimes be difficult to camouflage well.Andrew Campbell, M.D.Facial Plastic SurgeonQuintessa

The fold is called epicanthal fold. Epicanthoplasty is plastic surgery on this fold, but it is not for everyone. See link below.
