Can I get a rhinoplasty if I have hyper-mobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome?

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and the criteria for this diagnosis have changed significantly over the past 5 years. In fact, many people who were diagnosed with EDS in the past because they had hypermobile joints, no longer fit the criteria. We have had such an experience and performed successful rhinoplasty surgery without incident. This however was at the discretion of our patient's EDS specialist. Yes indeed, you can certainly get a rhinoplasty with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and it should have no effect on the rhinoplasty procedure.
