Answer: Social Media Reviews Gosh that wording seems pretty paranoid yet one should realize that many good plastic surgeons have been held hostage by vitriolic smears, even when the result is a reasonable result but not a perfect result. Patient confidentiality regulations make it impossible for a surgeon to post actual results that might [to the general public] look much better than what a dissatisfied patient might claim on the web...there is no way for a demeaned doctor to state his or her case when the jury of public opinion can only make judgement on a visual result by viewing the visual result; which the doctor cannot post.I am personally sad that some poorly trained practitioners are doing poor rhinoplasties and I think every patient has a right to post their opinion. Overall I would not [like this doctor] try to prevent the patient's freedom of speech; but...I completely understand the doctors concerns and the doctor has a right to choose their patients and, if you are sure of the doctor's character and have seen many good results and want their services, you will need to sign and assuage the surgeons concerns. Good luck :-)
