Looking for a specialist in revision rhinoplasty with an expertise in philtrum reducution. Had got rhinoplasty done 10 years ago, same Dr. did the surgery twice on me and the results were worst each time who had no expertise in the area. Looking for an expert in revision rhinoplasty and philtrum reduction. Btw I'm 45 year old, and have no fillers, radiasse or botox in this picture. I want to get both surgery at the same time. A radix graft can be very effective to augment that region of the nose. Frequently using your own cartilage is preferred and the septum is the most common location for a cartilage graft.
While it is difficult to determine for sure from the photos, it appears that you have some cartilage asymmetry with fullness in the bridge. These are things that can be improved with revision rhinoplasty. If the skin is thick then that is harder to deal with, but a "medium-sized" nose seems...
