The upper lip lift is in fact an excellent procedure for addressing your concern.  It cannot be done at the same time as a rhinoplasty, instead there must be a minimum 6 week interval between both procedures.  In my rather vast experience with performing no fewer than 40 of these lip lifts, I have had very few cases of visible scarring.

Depending on how much tooth show you have when your mouth is relaxed the best thing for you might be a classic bullhorn style lip lift.   It's any easy procedure to perform under local anesthesia.  The main difference between surgeons is the amount they are comfortable with removing and the amount of scarring as some surgeons get none and others get a lot 

Reducing the size of the white lip ( tghe space between the bottom of your nose and the red part of your lip) is possible. Unfortunately, a scar has to be placed under you nose in order to do this and it is really unpredictable how visible it may be long term. Revising your rhinoplasty results may or may not be a simple procedure. This will depend on what you are looking for and what has been done. You did not include more views of your nose so it is impossible to give you a more accurate answer.I hope this helps.
