I had Saline breast Aug & breast life in 2022. I have excess skin that I was hoping to get cut out in order to hold the implant higher to give more upper pole appearance. Is there an in-office procedure I could look into or a local doctor in Florida that specializes in this?
Answer: Lift Just removing the excess skin in the office can be done under local anesthesia, but this will be a temporary fix only. You actually need to repeat the lift and reposition your breast tissue and implant. That is not done under local anesthesia.

Answer: Is there an in-office/local anesthesia procedure for this? It appears that to achieve your goals would require a mastopexy, i.e. a breast lift. Some surgeons will do this under local anesthesia, but most prefer general anesthesia. If you are truly interested in having this done under local, you can call a few surgeons in your area to find those that meet your preferences.

Answer: Donut or circumareola mastopexy You can undergo a circumareola mastopexy or donut mastopexy under local anesthesia. This will help pull the breasts higher. However, it is possible that this make occur again in the future because of the weight of the implant and the weakness of your skin. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast revision You are showing exactly what needs to be done by tightening the lower skin. This could be done under local anesthesia depending on what the surgeon plans to do

Answer: Breast lift revision Dear MMJ12, It's difficult to tell from the photos whether you had a periareolar or vertical (lollilop) breast lift. In either case, you need a revision breast lift. Consider returning to your operating surgeon if he/she is an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon, even though the incisions you had are not great, for an examination, discussion of your concerns and options for improvement. Good luck!
