I recently had a breast aug post op 1 month. I got 310 ccs moderate plus profile and went under the muscle. I have not been happy with my results since I think I went too small. I started off as a 34B and now fit as a full 34 C but still, they do not look big enough. it has been very disappointing since I've been looking forward to this for 4 years and paid so much $$. Should I wait to get my breast aug revision, if so, how long? will my breasts increase in size in next 6 mons?
Answer: Size The size looks good on you and will be a comfortable size for life. However, if you want to go larger, you need to wait until you are 6 months from surgery. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: Breast implants You could have larger implants placed but I wouldn’t rush into it. You have a good result and it will cost a fair amount to get larger implants. Probably not worth it in my opinion

Answer: Wait 3-months minimum Hi there, Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your BA size. I would recommend waiting at least three months before going back into the pocket and changing. This gives time for the implants to take their final position, your capsule to fully form, and the tissues to fully stretch around the implant. Once this is complete the upsize can occur and will be an easier recovery for you Your breast will not increase in size over the next few months, however your tissues will stretch around the implant and allow it to settle into position. So the shape will change slightly more but overall stay the same size. When you do go in for the upsize consult be sure to ask the doctor for sizers to try on in your bra (they look like teardrops). This way you can be sure of the look you are going for

Answer: And lead me not to temptation This response was dictated. My apology for potential grammatical errors. Quality rest, augmentation outcomes are based on three variables. The first is the patient candidacy for the procedure. The second is the choice of implants in regards to size shape and type. The third is the circus ability to place the implant in the correct anatomic location.Whenever patients have issues or are unhappy with the uncommon, the problem can usually be correlated with one of those three variables. There are other scenarios like a capsule or contraction which is a bit more random. Each plastic surgeon will have their own way of guiding patients through implant selection. Some providers do this better than others. Some patients express their desired outcome better than others as well. Some providers asked the patients to make the final decision regarding implant size, and other providers will make the final decision based on input from the patient. My preferred method of implant selection is to work with a lot of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar bodies. I asked my patient to bring in several samples of what they think are ideal outcomes great I bring those pictures to surgeryand during surgery I use temporary sizes to determine what size implant will give the outcome. The patient has described. I have a full set of implants available to choose from during surgery. There are a few things to consider when choosing implants. In regards to implant profile, I generally start by assessing the patient’s pressed diameter, and this determines the width of the implant to be used. If a patient wants a model documentation, then I generally stay with low profile implants. If the patient wants a more aggressive or more volume than projection is increased. I generally do not change implant diameter, since that is predetermined based on the patient’s natural Breast diameter. In regards to answering your question my best advice to you is to say that using excessively large implants, especially implants that violate the natural diameter of the patient’s breast will always lead to increased complications, undesirable, side effects, increased revision rates, and ultimately a higher chance of ultimate implant failure.I’m not sure how to convey this message but I suppose having modest size implants it’s like driving a Toyota Camry. It’s not a bad car at all and it’ll get you safely to where you need to go for reliably with. Absolutely minimal maintenance. Having really really big implants it’s like buying a used Ferrari. You get lots and lots of head turning. It’s really fun and it causes continuous headaches and problems in financial outlay. My best advice to you is to resist the temptation of having giant boobs. Women love their implants, but there is a direct correlation with going excessive and having problems. That’s pretty much it. I think the default decision should be to keep things as they are. If you feel like taking a risk and are willing to accept the consequences that comes with that, then talk to your plastic surgeons about swapping implants. There are two windows of opportunity to do revision surgery. One is as soon as possible before scar tissue develops. The other is after internal scar tissue has matured which is six months. Either do it within the first 3 to 5 weeks or wait six months. I highly advise against rushing into decisions about permanent, potentially irreversible body changes so my suggestion is enjoy the outcome of your procedure. If you find yourself discontent and maybe you need to look a little bit more at your before pictures. I think your outcome is textbook perfect and is what I would personally Recommend but most patients want implants bigger than my preference. I generally accommodate my patient request, but do so with informed consent, explaining the consequences of working with excessively large implants. best, Mats Hagstrom, MD.
