The nasal areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed with an artistically performed natural appearing nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) through either a closed or open surgical approachKeep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.Robert Singer, MD FACSLa Jolla, California
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note the nasion is midline, the bridge appears straight and is of adequate height. You appear to demonstrate a a bulbous nasal tip, flaring nostrils and a wide nasal base. There is a degree of tip droop and lack of tip support noted in some oblique views (may be due to camera angle), but not in others. Rhinoplasty can refine your nasal tip, eliminate the nostril flare, and narrow the nasal base. Upward rotation of the tip can be accomplished as well. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
