Hello everyone, I am 8 weeks post op. I recently had a donut lift with 400cc. Due to fear of scarring and my first time having surgery I chose the donut route. Within the first few weeks I’ve noticed my breast have dropped a lot. I personally feel they are still saggy. I was told to not wear a bra or anything my first few weeks post op. Should I start saving for a revision or wait for improvement in 6 months? Thanks.

You did not show photos or give measurements, but I suspect 700 cc's will be too large and heavy. For most women, that size is massive, is too heavy, stretches and thins your own tissue, and sags over time.
With smaller implants, you will probably need a lift to deal with the excess skin and relocate your nipples to the proper position. The 800 cc implants are just too massive for most women.
With time, you fold will become more defined as your breasts start to sag. I would suggest leaving the fold alone or you may have problems with bottoming out and implants dropping down too low.
