Answer: Drainage after breast augmentation You should see a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated asap. They can examine you and discuss options to try to salvage your implant.

Answer: Drainage after augmentation You did not mention when you had your surgery, or if you are having other signs or symtoms such pain, fever, or increased swelling. Any drainage that persists after surgery is of concern, and should be evaluated by your surgeon. If fluid can come out, bacteria can go in. An infection around an implant usually results in removal of the implant.

Answer: Fluid coming out from Breast Aug scar? I would definitely agree with the other physician comments below. There should be no drainage after a primary breast augmentation surgery. This could be a superficial wound that just needs to be drained, or could be a much more serious problem within the pocket around the implant. If you can’t get any information from your surgeon, you should definitely see someone close to you in your community as soon as possible.
