It is absolutely imperative to see pictures of your breasts to even come close to knowing what needs to be done for a revision for you. I am sorry about the difficulty you are having. There is more to your story that you have stated. I would call the office and make an appointment to discuss your concerns with the surgeon. If they do not make you an appointment, please send your surgeon a certified letter and discuss all your concerns and ask to be seen. There is a miscommunication between you and your surgeon's office.

Without a photo no reasoned response can be provided. Sometimes one's results are a function of your starting point and expectations. Chasing an unrealistic result will please nobody.
