Th technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time or later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Your photos are not the best to decide if a lift is needed. Measurements are needed to be certain. You can have the implants placed in front of the muscle, but you may notice the implant edge more. Your breasts sit a little far apart and the bases cannot be moved. Larger implants will help minimize the gap. The areolar shape can be improved probably with just the peri-areolar incision. A surgeon will be able to help guide you to what would be best.
