I am looking into getting surgery due to my right breast being different than my left. My doctor recommends what is in the title of this question. My right breast is not hard, but the implant sits high while the nipple sits lower. I have 390 CC saline implants under the muscle on both sides. Prior to surgery i had slight asymmetry. I have had the implants for almost 4 years. Again both breast feel the same, both soft. I do trust my surgeon just trying to understand his recommendation. Thank you.

Please meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast revision. Good luck!
Check your warranty. The warranty covers implant leakage or breakage, which is not an issue. If you purchased the extended warranty, then there may be some help with the seroma from the textured implant. You will need to contact the company yourself to see what may be covered if you purchased...
No one over the Internet can help you chose the correct size. Go back to your surgeon and discuss sizes. If this is your photo, (only one is posted) I would recommend going with the smallest implant.
