Thoughts on the use of topical Sculptra (not injections!) as an add-on skin treatment in microneedling treatments? I have rolling scars, dilated pores, icepick scars, and the beginning of fine lines and laxity. Could topical Sculptra post-microneedling work as a "fertilizer" to plump up mild areas of volume loss and give an overall firmer appearance to the skin? Is there a risk of nodules and granulomas when Sculptra is applied topically and not injected? Thanks!
