I have two umall bumps under my eyes a( worse part is that they are one close to the other so make the space on between the two look even empiter) which i dont want to treat with hyaluronidase. Is there something else that I can do? A laser? Microneedling can help smooth them? Will they ever go away eventually ? ( fillers last very long on me... ) Thanks! P.s. they appeared 3 months after a filler. I have had them for 2 months now
Answer: Venus Viva, LaseMD, and Resurfx can all help reduce appearance of small bumps Our office has many different treatments for scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Scars require a combination approach using our HI DEF protocol which uses a combination of lasers, topical scar modulation, and RF treatments to pixelate scars, improve contour, reduce hyperpigmentation, and improve the visibility of the scars so that they are no longer visible in ambient light. Everyone has a unique pattern of scarring and we employ our HIDEF technique to improve texture, color, contour, and topography. We often use a combination of treatments that begin with a careful examination to examine the micro texturing of the acne scars. Atrophic scars and indented scars can benefit from injectable fillers such as Radiesse, Sculptra, and Restylane with or without subcision to remove tethered scars and atrophic depression. Hyper-redness in scars can be improved with V beam laser, Excel V, BBL, IPL, and Venus RF to improve the redness and reduce the visibility of deep scars. Fractional Thulium laser and clear & brilliant can also reduce the inflammation and redness of the scar when combined with topical therapy. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Above all, our combination approach with our clinical nurses and board-certified plastic surgeons can improve the quality of your skin by using at home Melarase creams combined with PRP treatments in our office to improve your skin quality and tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced team of experts in order to reduce your scarring. Finally, hyperpigmentation of scars can be improved with at-home Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads to help reduce active PIH and melanin deposition. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Bumps under eye Hello, and thank you for your question. It is difficult to determine what the bumps could be, whether filler or some other cause, without seeing a picture or performing an in-person consultation. If they appeared after filler, it could be related to filler. The best option to rid of these bumps, if filler related, would be to use a small amount of hyaluronidase. This can specifically target the area intended. Laser and RF microneedling can also be options, but it could rid of excess filler that you did not want to have removed as well. Additionally, it is not guaranteed that the bumps would go away with treatment. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a provider who offers dissolving agents as well as laser and/or RF microneedling to better determine your best method of treatment.

Answer: Microneedling, dermal fillers, and PRP injection therapy can all be options Bumps under the eyes can be treated in a number of different ways—including microneedling, dermal fillers, and PRP injection therapy—but the best treatment depends on the particular cause of the bumps, their size, and your skin type. So it would be important to get a diagnosis before determining the best treatment. That said, if you do learn after a consultation with your practitioner that dermal fillers are a good option, you may want to ask them about Restylane-L—a gentle formula that is especially suitable for treating the sensitive skin around the eyes. Restylane-L has shown excellent results in smoothing the skin under the eyes, while also adding subtle volume that can reduce under-eye shadows to promote a more alert and youthful appearance. We hope this helps!

Answer: Under eye issues The anatomy under the eye includes skin, muscle, blood vessels, and naturally occurring fat that cushions the eye. Many people also have filler applied to the area around the eye. The best treatment option depends on which structure is involved. The bumps could be due to filler, or they could be related to another structure. I recommend visiting a local Facial Plastic surgeon for a consultation where they can evaluate your anatomy. That said, radiofrequency microneedling and laser treatments are known to reduce filler. These treatments may not give the desired result since it could remove filler in the area in general, instead of removing only the bumps.
