Will a Medium Terino Chin implant size 2 be a good replacement from medium VLC?

The amount of horizontal projection would be a bout the same for bone implants. The Terino implant does not provide any vertical projection. This implant is useful when you want more of a square chin.

There’s no possible way for us to make an assessment or guide you in regards to implant choice based on such limited information. To choose the correct size implant surgeons can use sizers which are temporary implants used specifically to determine what the most appropriate size implant is to use during surgery. Some surgeons use incisors while others will pre-determine what size implant to make based on visual and physical measurements.
I suggest you talk to your provider about the recommendation and their approach, and how to choose the correct implants. I should like your provider make the decision since they are the ones who have the experience doing the procedure. If you have not done so already, I recommend having multiple in person consultations before choosing a provider.
