Why is my lazy eye looking smaller than my other eye after several surgeries? What can I do to offset it? (photos)

I had several surgeries on my right eye, which was a lazy eye when I was a child, and it corrected my vision, but now it seems as I age that my right eye is appearing much smaller than my left eye, and is asymmetrical, and I’d love to know if there’s anything I can do to offset this in balance
