Thank you for your question and photo. Though a physical examination is required, you may be a candidate for blepharoplasty. This procedure removes excess skin and lifts dropping lids to define the contour of the eyelid crease and create a more awake and vibrant appearance. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you to determine the best treatment plan.
As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello! Thank you for your question. The photo you provided is not enough for the evaluation. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Anyway, If there is extra saggy skin above your eyes and your brow corners downward I can suggest upper eyelid blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. Without the photos I cannot make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Hello, and thank you for you question. It is difficult to tell from your pictures, but in general asymmetric brows and brows that sit in a lower position can be improved with a browlift. You may also have some asymmetry of the bony orbits which would not be addressed with a browlift. See a Board...
