You are a good candidate for a genioplasty. This is a permanent procedure that allows us to pretty much put your chin in whatever position you like. By bringing it slightly forward and down, it would create more definition to your jawline and add balance to your profile. This would also help to tighten the skin under your chin. Along with that, additional submental liposuction can be done at the same time, to create a tighter appearance under the chin area. Jawline liposculpting is also an option to create more jawline definition, although I do think you would greatly benefit from a genioplasty over an implant.

The double chin is caused by your extremely recessed chin. I do not believe you need a necklift at this time. I recommend a sliding genioplasty to advance your chin 7-8 mm. A chin implant of the same size tends to make the chin wider and more masculine. A genioplasty will give you a well balanced feminine appearance. Some jawline and submental liposuction can be performed simultaneously.
