Based on the photos it is very likely that chin augmentation with implant and neck liposuction would make nice improvement in your profile. It is impossible to give you sound advise on the nose surgery since these photos are not showing everything needed for evaluation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with chin augmentation and rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Facial asymmetry aside, the procedures of good value would be a sliding genioplasty and otoplasty with earlobe reduction. With preoperative computer imaging it would be helpful to see how your nose looks with those changes as your nose is not really 'quite large'....it is just the lack of any chin makes it appear so. From a facial asymmetry standpoint the sliding genioplasty can move the chin back to the midline and left cheek and jawline implants would help with the smaller left side. But when it comes to facial asymmetry surgery it is always best to get a preoperative 3D CT scan to better assess the bony asymmetries as well as the best methods to do so.

Yo would benefit greatly from a chin implant and fat contouring of the area under your chin. This is a very safe and simple procedure all performed with a 1 centimeter incision under the chin that heals without a scar. You would also benefit doing an ear procedure that is also safe, simple and predictably successful. The incision is in the back of the ear and it is inconspicuous. The procedure is designed to minimize a protrusion. Your nose looks great, I would leave it alone.
