Given your skin quality, all the above mentioned techniques will help you get to your final optimal results.  The most important criteria is who is performing your procedure.  To maximize your results you want someone who is experienced with smart lipo, vaser etc! I think more than anything else this is the most important criteria!  The down time is minimal with arms.  Every surgeon has a different price point, go with experience and who you feel comfortable with!
