Thanks for the question, congrats on the graduation and job. Arms are a great place to have a small operation with big change in self confidence. I prefer minimally invasive liposuction with VASER technology. This allows me to get the most results without having to put you to sleep , no sutures, and the ultrasound technology really helps melt the fat and tighten the skin allowing for a really great result. Liposuction would be the optimal choice for reducing the appearance without large unsightly scars. Given your skin quality, all the above mentioned techniques will help you get to your final optimal results.  The most important criteria is who is performing your procedure.  To maximize your results you want someone who is experienced with smart lipo, vaser etc! I think more than anything else this is the most important criteria!  The down time is minimal with arms.  Every surgeon has a different price point, go with experience and who you feel comfortable with!

First, because body contouring isn't a weight loss procedure, but also because you'll have a better idea of the more specific problem spots you'd like to target once you've achieved your weight loss goals. After you've reached your hoped-for weight, I suggest Smartlipo™ for contouring your upper arms, although you may see better results from an arm lift if you have a significant amount of excess skin in the upper arm area as well.
