I want arm liposuction that will give me the thinnest arms possible as well as tighten the skin in NYC. I just graduated college, landed a great job, but am so insecure about my weight! I'm about 50 lbs overweight and even at my thinnest my arms always remain huge. I'm sick of clothes that fit me everywhere except my arms. What are the best options for optimum fat loss? Should I lose weight first and then lipo for best results? What are the prices like?

I prefer minimally invasive liposuction with VASER technology. This allows me to get the most results without having to put you to sleep , no sutures, and the ultrasound technology really helps melt the fat and tighten the skin allowing for a really great result. This is an outpatient procedure that takes about an hour, you wear a compression garment for a week under your clothes!

The most important criteria is who is performing your procedure. To maximize your results you want someone who is experienced with smart lipo, vaser etc! I think more than anything else this is the most important criteria! The down time is minimal with arms. Every surgeon has a different price point, go with experience and who you feel comfortable with!
