I had my revision smart lipo on my inner ankle a year after my first surgery due to left over pockets of fat on the inside of my ankles. I've been left with hard pockets where the fat was and my right leg is much more bumped up than the left (as it was the first time around!). Any indication of what this is, as I do seem to have loads of additional swelling. Also how long this will last? I'm starting back at the gym in a few weeks to tackle the muscle wastage on my calves from first surgery.
