Usually by 6 months you should see the final result of your Smartlipo. If you still have irregularities, you may want to go back for a recheck. Small areas post Smartlipo maybe improved with Kybella.  

It's hard to evaluate your results without before and after photos, but by 6 months post-procedure, you should see a difference in the treated areas. However, it's also important to be realistic about the results that can be achieved through Smartlipo™. Although this body contouring procedure can reduce fatty deposits in target areas, you won't have a six-pack or lose every bit of fat. Check back in with your surgeon if you feel unhappy with your results and find out what your next steps should be.
