Hello I have been trying to find a solution to this problem. My bbl has done A couple years I think 2014. I have a problem with my under booty. I don't have that desirable crease on the bottom of the booty, My booty like like the upward slope. I am so insecure about it. I was wondering if any doctors could share how to fix this. The one with the red line is close o my problem area. Thank you
Answer: Lower buttocks Thank you for your question. Over the years, I have really focused on the lower buttock droop. I have developed certain techniques to improve this. You are an excellent candidate for a thong lift which is a lower buttock lift. Specifically, it really helps with boxy shaped lower buttocks and rounds out the lower buttock. This can be done in conjunction with buttock implants as well. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Dont have desirable (infragluteal) crease Buttock “sagging” or infragluteal crease abnormalities is usually a combination of loss of volume or deflation (after weight loss or post-BBL) and/or the effect of genetics, aging and/or gravity. So, I personally first treat patients like you by restoring volume to the buttock with a buttock implant. This will create a more desirable smooth and rounded perky buttock profile. If not adding volume with an implant, the buttock will be shortened but may appear more flat with just a buttock lift. A lower buttock tuck is usually then performed at six months following implants. In this sequence, the implants have fully settled into final position so that any remaining loose skin can be most accurately identified and removed with the lower buttock tuck. Please note, because an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, you may have to travel away from your local area to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: BBL revision Dear Doingmything, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: How can this be fixed? Only very few boarded private practice PSs in USA can or will "fix" this. I recommend redo lipo 360, with reshaping and revise BBL. Fee quoted after virtual consult. Ranges from $6,500-$15,000.

Answer: Gluteal assessment In order for us to assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have your before and after pictures then contact the surgeon who did your procedure in 2014 and ask them to forward the ones they took. Based on your picture it looks like Liposuction was done on the upper part of the thigh which in my opinion does not look good. The second issue is that the inner lower part of your buttocks is drooping. The first problem may be able to be resolved with grafting fat. We need before and after pictures to confirm what you look like before the BBL. For the droopy lower inner buttocks do you need a tuck which involves cutting out skin and lifting that part of the buttocks. The procedure is well described by Dr. mendieta in a YouTube video called the Miami thong lift. Watch that video and you’ll get a general idea of one procedure that could improve your outcome. That in combination with grafting fat to the inappropriate liposuction done in 2014 should restore your bottom to a better appearance. I making some assumptions and without the luxury of an examination and access to your operative report and before and after pictures these are just guesses and assumptions. Simply grafting more fat isn’t going to do the job. You need to find somebody who is very good at this type of surgery and has a lot of experience. To do that begin the search for who is most talented and experienced in your community. Start by scheduling lots and lots of in person consultations. Avoid virtual consultations when possible. Ask each provider to show as many before and after pictures of the procedures described as possible. In the end you may not have the best looking bottom but improvements should be achievable. Good luck, Mats Hagstrom MD
