I've watched videos where Dermplaning is done with scalpel to remove top layer of dead skin. Can PRP be applied to top layer of skin afterward since I read products absorb better into the skin after Dermplaning. Also, is Dermplaning good for dry skin, or will it make it worse. My goal is to have a brighter complexion and eliminate fine lines. I want something non-invasive and relatively no downtime.

Dermaplaning is recommended for MOST skin types! The only time dermaplaning may not be a good idea is for someone who is having an acne break out. During a dermaplane session your esthetician is removing any vellus hair and dead skin cell build up.
