Will my breast improve?

I had my 350cc silicone over the muscle implants removed,the doctor gave me a lift under my breast fold and cut around my areola.My breast appear very flat.Its been 4 days,will my breast get better.Is this my final result,also will my nipples stretch out?

You are literally in the infancy of your recovery. It can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle into their final outcome. You can expect your breasts to change daily. Be patient and kind to yourself while your body heals. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Thank you for your question and photos.  At only four days post-op, it is far too soon to assess the results of your surgery.  I tell patients that they should wait at least three months as their breasts have to heal. Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. I have to say that you are still very early from healing process, it will take 3 to 6 months for them to settle and dropp naturally, form there you can judge your final results. I recommend you to always use your post surgical bra and take well care of your breasts, do not lift or drive for 30 days...
