You are an excellent candidate.  You do not need to gain weight.  To limit the possibility of poor scarring, limiting the incisions will be important.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Mzhoney,You are a perfect candidate for a BBL!  I would love to get my cannulae on you.  Your results would likely be even better than your first wish picture, as she has cellulite that I don't see on you.  Keloids can be managed in a preventive manner in several ways and can be treated if they occur.  Best of luck!

Performing a brazilian butt lift really depends upon  the amount of fat deposits you have available to harvest from. You would need to be seen in person.

I cannot tell whether or not you are a good candidate for the BBL from the photos. Before you gain 7 pounds I would suggest that you have a consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL. This way you will know what available fat donor sites you have and how much weight you may need to gain. The incisions are very small and mostly concealed.
