Question

I know I need to loose weight but how much? I'm 5'9 236. I had a TT 2 years ago but I still have flanks and love handles and bra rolls..I believe u have too much fat to achieve a sculpted look with the ba and lipo since there is limited fat to be taken if I have both done. I may op for bbl first..please advise

At your height, with your current weight, your BMI is around 34, it will be ideal that your BMI is around 30 or less, you will need to drop to 200 lb. or less. Then you will be in a better weight to achieve a more hourglass shape.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
