I'm interested in having the BBL but worried about the outcome. I have a flat, square butt. The top of the "square" is where my hip bones are (not much fat at that point). I'm concerned that those points won't be able to be reduced to give the upside down heart shape I'm after. Would the bottom of my butt (hips) have to be extended out a lot more? Or will the BBL still leave me with that square shape (not ideal), and just give me more projection? I don't want to regret the surgery.

You need to ask your surgeon this questions and follow his/her advice. Personally I do not think the supplement will be something that can help you to get a better result. What can give you a better result is to follow your surgeon's guidelines, a healthy lifestyle and a regular routine of exercise.
