I've have whitehead pimples under my nasal splint after my rhinoplasty. Can it get worse if I tape the nose or causes scars?

I have got rhinoplasty week ago, and my doctor take the splint off today, I notice lot of white head pimples on my nose(sth like foliculitis), but then my doctor just clean my skin and taping my nose on those pimple things and said those have no importance, l have a greasy sensitive skin and i am worried if they get worse or cause permanent scar on my new nose?
